Job Role: 

Main role is to support sales to handle booking inquiry from travel agents.

Job Description:

• Responsible for global hotel reservation handling and service inquiry 
• Provide customer service and deal with client's complaints and problems solving
  
• Offer necessary support to the sales team to maintain good relationship with clients

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma holder
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in travel industry
• Previous operation experience & customer service background
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin in writing and speaking
• Must process good interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Willing to work under pressure, meeting with deadlines
• Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
