Requirements:

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Efficient and polite, with clear voice, helpful tone and friendly attitude
• Customer/member service orientated with good interpersonal and listening skills
• Knowledge of hotel industry, products and services an advantage
• Minimum Form 6 or diploma with pass in English plus 1 year’s working experiences in hotel/ member service industry; candidates with higher academic qualifications also welcome to apply

Responsibilities:

1. Increase member visits to more than 1 restaurant – remind members who only dine in 1 restaurant to try other restaurants.
2. Induce booking to festive offers – coordination of tactical promotions including festive offers or new restaurants offers.
3. Wake up inactive members – reserve table booking to those inactive members (no usage in the past 90 days)
4. Build a Strong database - collect member information such as birthdays, special celebration dates etc.
5. Work at Hotel on Sat and Sun, try to approach potential guests by getting their contact numbers and emails.
