Responsibilities:

• Manage Cafe's daily operations, including inventory / stock management, staff roster and training, food & beverage preparation, cashier management, etc.
• Ensure best customer services plus high levels of cleanliness and hygiene are met at all times.  Maintain highly efficient operations process as to achieve company's targets and business goals
• Manage online order transactions

Qualifications:

• Form 5 / Diploma or above
• 3 years+ catering related working experiences, with which minimum 1 year at managerial level
• Barista experience a big advantage
• Proficient Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Excellent communications and superb customer services technique
• Basic Computer Applications Knowledge
