A Premier Service Provider is looking for Talent who has strong passion in professional CS, Aviation or Customer Relationship Development and Management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound call from Club Members
• Listening the story of Global Customer
• Provide one-stop service including fare quotations, reserving flights, Ticketing and answering general inquiries
• Prepare Customer quotation using the Company’s operating platforms

Requirements:

• At least 1 year+ working experience in customer service industry
• Smart, energetic 
• Experience in Ticketing at Call Center, Travel, Airport, Airline would be a plus
• Show passion in developing own career and understanding in providing great Customer Services
• Ability to work independently and strong in problem solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and conversational Mandarin

Job Offered:

• 5 days work roster
• 14 days paid annual leave
• 8.5 working hours plus 1 hour meal break
