Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support in exploring and identifying business opportunities with corporate clients in the MICE (outbound) market
- Establish and maintain strong business relationship and develop sales opportunities with existing and potential clients
- Handle customer enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and present sales proposals to clients to promote company’s products/services
- Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet with customer needs
- Support in operation duties and/or ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements
- Higher diploma or above in tourism management or related disciplines
- At least 4 years' relevant experience preferably in corporate sales
- Pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented
- Good networking and negotiation skills with track record in closing deals
- Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
- Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- PC literacy on Windows applications
