To provide full-range of travel arrangement and consultancy services to corporate / cruise clients and handle itinerary planning and enquiries independently. The incumbent of Travel Consultant – Cruise will further assist in developing existing cruise market & identifying new areas of development.

• Completion of secondary education or above, preferable with Certificate in Travel and Tourism
• Over 5 years’ related experience of which at least 3 years in serving leisure / cruise accounts
• Sound product and fare knowledge, and hands-on reservation and ticketing skills (Abacus, Galileo) with good PC literacy
• For the post of Travel Consultant - Cruise, hands-on experience in planning trips involving local transfer arrangement as well as sightseeing tours in long haul destinations is preferred. Knowledge and experience in Cruise will be an advantage, or passionate to develop a career in Cruise
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably Putonghua)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Candidates of good calibre but less experience will be considered for the position of Travel Consultant
