Reserva Ibérica is looking for a  Senior PR & Communications Executive  /  Assistant PR & Communications Manager  to support our promotion campaigns and various events with multi-platform communications expertise.  This position requires strong specialized skills and experience in communications-related area, including knowledge in traditional and digital media, creating compelling stories to promote and reinforce the branding of Reserva Ibérica. 

Responsibilities include but not limited to :  

• Suggest, develop and execute all digital marketing initiatives including Facebook, Instagram, Corporate Website, etc
• Think out of box and prepare all digital copywriting in professional manner
• Plan and execute the assigned promotions or events and perform as a project leader
• Liaise with internal departments, partners and other service providers to ensure the marketing campaigns and tasks are cost-effectively implemented to the desired quality standards
• Carry out ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements :   

•  Degree holder in language, communications, journalism or other related disciplines
•  At least 4-6 years of related experience in communications or journalism
•  Good writing skills in editorial & marketing materials with media angle & insight
•  Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
•  Outgoing, flexible, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
•  Proactive and energetic team player with self-motivation and positive working attitude
•  Experience in event planning, execution and budget control is a plus
•  Applicant who has more experience will be considered as Assistant PR & Communications  Manager
