Responsibilities:

• Explore, development and manage Online Travel Agent (OTA) and Travel Agent (TA)
• Monitor closely price action of competitors and recommend rates on all e-channels are update and align with the markets.
• Ensure top listing placements on the OTA through timely participation in the respective programs
• Establish promotion with OTA and TA for business opportunities
• Develop and maintain good relationships with key hotel accounts

Requirement:

• University graduate, major in Business / Hospitality is preferable
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in the hotel industry, preferably in 5-star hotel
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and Room Reservations booking systems (Opera and SiteMinder)
• Pleasant, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
