• Manage all day-to-day operations of the pastry section in our factory
• To develop, design and create new pastry items and ideas
• Lead and stimulate the team members by providing training and guidance
• Control food costs, ensure food quality, hygiene and presentation

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in F&B industry
• Good knowledge of pastry trends and worldwide dessert scene
• Great attention to details and creativity, with passion about producing quality food and presentation
