This is an opportunity with an international company with their focuses mainly focusing on events and marketing firm. With their rich experiences and successes, they are looking for a IT Director to join the firm.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT infrastructure and application within the Group of companies
• It also includes managing all IT functions and operations such as the support and maintenance of existing applications and development for new technical solutions, implementation, monitoring and future IT development.
• It is expected to integrate IT needs across business divisions operating in diverse geographical regions to drive entrepreneur opportunities within the Group
• Ensure a secured, stable and continuous operation of the group’s mission critical systems
• Identify and evaluate IT development and platforms which can impact the Group’s competitive advantage
• Evaluate, integrate and standardize IT investments within the Group
• Lead the Corporate IT Team in system administration such as CRM systems, human resource information system , and propriety customer service systems across offices globally
• Manage the network and servers infrastructure , backup and recovery and cloud services
• Develop and maintain IT Policy
• Manage IT budget Experiences and skills required

Key Responsibilities

• Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/IT with minimum 15 years relevant IT experience including 10 years of leadership experience
• Technical competency in Dynamic CRM
• Experienced in people management
• Strategic thinking with strong business acumen
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Based in HK, occasional travelling is required
