One of the fastest growing IT service providers is seeking to hire a Network Engineer to support its expanding business. Reporting to the Technical Manager, the potential candidate will be responsible to…

• Provide professional services on network infrastructure planning, design and integration services to fulfil customer’s business requirements
• Attend company marketing events and client visits to provide presentations, demonstration, proposal writing and documentation.
• Implement, configure, administrate, monitor and maintain the operation and performance of the systems, network platform and applications etc.
• Handle the ticket queue by prioritizing the fault complains and to provide technical infrastructure support (installation & upgrade) and escalation management on incident fault by restoring technical services to clients 
• Work with service desk support on incident status and dispatch the task to Field Engineers for fault resolving
• Work closely with various vendors on hardware and software maintenance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 5 years hands on experience in switching (VLAN, STP), routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, ISIS), wireless and TCP/IP
• Candidates with Cisco certifications are highly preferred
• Excellent teamwork, customer orientation and strong attention to quality and detail
• Strong communication in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Immediately available will be highly preferred
