Responsibilities:

• Provide helpdesk support including hardware and software to a diverse and multicultural user base;
• Take responsibility for call resolution, track and see-through to issue resolution;
• Be able to receive and respond to incoming calls, and/or e-mails regarding workstation and peripheral performance and user requests.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a MUST
• Basic knowledge of IT & computer
• No IT working experience is required
• Self-motivated, excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Fresh local or overseas graduates are welcome
• Immediately available preferably
• 2-4 years of working experiences will be considered as Senior IT Support Officer
