Job Responsibilities:

• Translate technical concepts and break down complex business problems into easily understandable communications
• Required to understand existing business workflows, identify new opportunities then enhance the workflows through using IT application technologies
• Management of external application support and development vendors so they create solutions that meet business requirements
• Create detailed written business requirement and functional requirement documentation for all projects with suitably written legal obligations and instructions
• Identify and design innovative solutions using technology to create accurate, intuitive, reliable and affordable solutions for the business teams located world-wide
• Create and be responsible for the IT security routines and policies
• Deliver effective and proactive technical remote support to individual staff and offices located in multiple time-zones around the world

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• At least 10 years IT experience working as IT leader post supporting senior management's expectations and projects for a dynamic and diversified organization
• Detailed knowledge about PC & Server configurations, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange (with DAG), Microsoft SharePoint & Microsoft CRM version 2013
• Ability to provide remote PC technical support to all offices
• Strong Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and support all stakeholder requirements
• Strong communication skills to all levels of people
