To assist development, implementation and execution of business change plans to support both operational and IT transformation programs in Hong Kong

1. Understand the Emerging Markets divisional and Group IT and Transformation strategies and methodologies, and ensure Hong Kong alignment
2. Ensure project activities for Hong Kong are scheduled and coordinated timely within broader Asia Pacific Regional Office IT and Transformation initiatives
3. Ensure accuracy and up-to-date project status is provided to Asia Pacific Regional Office (AP RO) Project Managers on HK initiatives
4. Ensure Business Operations Support Manger and Hong Kong COO have the consolidated view of timelines for all projects in Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project activity scheduling and coordination to support the delivery of major projects in Hong Kong
• Understand Asia Pacific Regional Office (AP RO) program/project governance framework
• Raise resource issue to Business Operations Support Manager if project timeline is impacted by resource availabilities so that mitigations can be planned
• Resolve all scheduling issues or timely escalate if necessary so that project timelines are not impacted
• Provide inputs into status reporting for all projects in Hong Kong (following AP RO program / project governance standards)

Requirements:

• University graduate or above in all discipline
• 5 years experience in project coordination or PMO
• Knowledge of customer service standards
• Strong focus on customer service
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
