Responsibilities:

• Provide desk side support for users.

• Manage and support Microsoft Windows Server and Exchange 2010 environment.

• Manage the daily system operations, IT security and IT auditing.

• Perform daily system and file backup using Backup Exec System.

• Update IT inventory of hardware and software.

Requirements:

• Experience in supporting Windows Server and Exchange Server 2010 in Financial industry is a must.

• MCSE certified with good knowledge on Exchange Server 2010 is a must.

• Experience with Cisco products, Windows Powershell, scripting languages, and VBA is a plus.

• Clear communication and documentation skills in English is a must.

• Willing to provide daily user support.
