Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and tactical planning, design and evaluation of the information and technical infrastructure
• Provide direction and support for daily infrastructure operational activities of the IT department
• Manage overall capacity utilization and performance to business requirements
• Responsible for evaluating and detecting critical deficiencies, and recommending solutions for continuous improvement
• Lead the implementation of an IT compliance governance strategy with supporting policies, procedures, and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of relevant experience with 4+ years at managerial level in insurance / financial service / banking industry
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in infrastructure technologies 
• Enthusiastic, self starter with confident, high energy approach to business challenges
• Experience with budget, resource requirements and allocation
• Excellent organization skills, proven analytical abilities and decision making capabilities
• Good command of Chinese and English
