Responsibilities:

• Monitor IT system and ensure the network and system administration operate in high stability
• Perform hardware and software installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Provide support to office users (on-site/helpdesk)
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology or other related experience
• At least 1 year relevant working experience
• Experience in handling WAN, LAN and active directory is a must
• Familiar with VMWare, Storage, Network Equipment and Backup Software
• Self-motivated, hardworking with good interpersonal and task management skills
• Well organized, able to work under pressure and work independently 
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
