Software Testing Lead 

Working in the software service team, you will be responsible for preparing test plan and test cases, carry out system tests, regression tests, and document test results, and ensuring software applications to meet targeted qualities of functionality, performance, usability, code efficiency, code style and maintainability, etc.

To succeed the role, you need to have good hands on experience in test scheduling and test plans and knowledge of testing tools and software QA methodologies; Good sense on locating bugs; Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; Experience using test automation, test management and defect tracking tools; Knowledge of software development lifecycle; Good communication skills in English and Chinese; Must work effectively in a team environment, and be able to collaborate smoothly with developers and the product owner in an Agile QA process including Sprint Planning and daily Scrum meetings.
