We are looking for highly motivated events professional with strong experience managing, supporting, planning and executing corporate or high level events.

Ideal candidates should have no less than five years experience providing professional event support services including:

·         Client consultation and event planning.

·         Technical requirements planning and coordination for events.

·         Technical set up and support for events.

·         Venue coordination, reservations, vetting and suitability evaluation.

·         Event support team planning, management and supervision

·         Vendor management and coordination for all required event services.

·         Event budget management and cost planning.

·         Management and leadership of event services teams.

·         Experience providing training and development for event support teams.

We are seeking strong team players to provide event services in a fast paced  environment. The ideal candidate should also have experience with  video conferencing, audio visual systems and familiarity with production or coordination for event video. Attention to detail, commitment to high quality service and professionalism are required.

Position involves daily client support, consultation and customer service for clients using our services. Strong, effective communication and organizational skills are a must.

Requirements

·         Education

o   College degree or equivalent education

·         Minimum Required Experience

o   Five years corporate or professional experience working in a fast paced technology environment.

o   Five years experience providing comprehensive support for corporate events.

o   Five years experience planning events for and supporting event spaces including auditoriums, offsite event facilities, multi-purpose event spaces and meeting rooms.

o   Demonstrated event planning and consultation experience including

§  Event planning and production experience

§  Matching client requirements to technology solutions

§  Event space review and technical evaluation

§  Vendor management for event service providers

§  Event team management and coordination

§  On the day event running and stage management

§  Proven complex technical event service experience

o   Five years experience providing high level customer service and daily consultation support for video conferencing, audio visual presentation and event support, audio visual systems support.

o   Strong audio systems and equipment experience.

o   Experience with visual projection, lighting and room environment systems.

o   No less than two years leadership experience managing event support teams.

o   Vendor management including quotations, vendor service management and supervision experience for events.

o   Minimum five years corporate or professional experience working in a fast paced business environment.

o   Demonstrated customer service experience.

o   Experience providing service reports and conducting regular service reporting meetings.

o   Direct experience providing training and development for supervised team members.

o   Strong Microsoft Office skills

o   Business level English

·         Desired Experience

o   Direct experience providing support and planning for corporate events, event multi-media technology systems or audio visual systems.

o   Strong familiarity with video conferencing systems for complex multi-site video conferencing events.

o   Break fix and technical equipment problem resolution skills.

o   Experience with content production including web streaming, video production and editing, presentation creation, photography and event documentation.
