Responsibilities:

• Provide Project Management support to the department, manage IT infrastructure projects and monitor projects progress
• Develop plans, manage deliverables and communicate with users / suppliers in particular complex projects and liaise with project teams on projects delivery
• Assist the IT Operations teams to plan, design and implement systems infrastructure and network related projects to support business needs and IT initiatives
• Ensure projects delivery is comply with the Bank’s established IT policies / standards and regulatory requirements
• Identify potential risks on projects issue and escalate for management attention if necessary
• Provide support to the IT Operations teams for ad-hoc projects or business activities
  
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 7 year’s relevant working experience, project management on sizable project and preferably in banking or financial institution
• Proactive, able to work under pressure and good time management
• Positive attitude with high sense of responsibility and can-do spirits
• Spoken mandarin is an advantage
