Our Client is a fast growing company as a French Scent Distributor. They are expanding their business and looking for high caliber candidates to join them.

Responsibilities:

• Provide end user support for all IT related issues

• Implementation and roll-out of computer systems with servers, workstations, network or electronic devices and equipment

• Perform trouble-shooting, and problem fixing on-site

• Oversee the daily performance of computer systems

• Assist with hardware and software upgrades.

• Manage of end user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in computer or related discipline

• minimum 3 year IT support experience

Knowledge in requirement below is BIG PLUS

• Active Directory, Windows Server administration
• Mail Server admin, Linux Server dmin
• LAN/WAN TCP/IP and network troubleshooting
• Networking equipment,e.g. routers, switches and firewall
• backup and restoration
• Server and Desktop Virtualization platform (VMware, Citrix)

• A good team player with good analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented with good communication and good sense

• Immediately availability is preferred
