Responsible for: 

• Conducting analysis of user requirements, producing specifications, evaluating implementation options, performing system sizing and producing documentation etc.;
• Designing and developing the prototype framework and specification; and
• Conducting physical design of the system, producing procurement specifications, conduct data conversion, conducting system integration testing, load testing, user acceptance testing, system tuning, database configuration and tuning, security design and testing, and user training etc.
• Lead development team, communicate with clients and vendors for functional and non-functional requirements
• Support and facilitates project manager in Project Management process

 Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Computer Science or IT related
• At least 6 years of post-qualification IT experiences
• At least 3 years of experience in performing system analyst role;
• At least 2 years of experience in the system design and development of web-based applications using html5 and ajax with:
  • Microsoft technologies - .NET technology, MSSQL Server with Reporting services and SharePoint; OR
  • Java technologies - Java, JSP, J2EE, Oracle/MySQL and JasperReports/Crystal Reports
• At least 2 years of experience in the system development methodologies and techniques such as Structured Systems Analysis and Design Method (SSADM) and Function Point Analysis (FPA)
• Experience in projects on Workflow, SharePoint, GIS and BI solutions
• Candidate with Professional Certifications are a definite advantage such as:
• Microsoft
• Microsoft Certified Professional
• Microsoft Certified Solution Expert
• Oracle
  • Oracle Certified Professional
  • Oracle Certified Master
• ESRI
• ESRI Certified Enterprise System Design Associate
• ESRI Certified Enterprise Administration Associate
• ESRI Certified ArcGIS Desktop Associate
• Positive attitude, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills and a good team player
