Responsibilities:

• Monitor the implementation of projects by the development sections and the completeness of project documentation in accordance with IT Project Management policies
• Assist Section Manager to prepare annual project plan and report
• Assist Section Manager on the management of external service providers
• Prepare development project progress report and statistic
• Coordinate, gather and analyze user requirements; follow up the requirement discussion status
• Assist Section Manager to coordinate FOVA version release test

Requirements: 

• University degree or above
• 2-8 years of experience in IT project related working experience
• Excellent analytical skill and writing skill in Chinese
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Strong in interpersonal skill and technical know-how
• Responsible, self-motivated and good organizational skill
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, both in a team environment and individually
• Candidate with less experience will be also considered as Deputy Manager or Senior Officer
