Responsibilities:

• Gain and maintain knowledge of Adjuno products and services to ensure the best possible support is provided to customers
• Provide high quality 2nd Line support to Adjuno customers, fulfilling customer requests accurately and in a timely manner
• Respond to, rectify and resolve incidents within specified SLA targets
• Pro-actively look for long term resolutions to re-occurring incidents and performance problems
• Diagnosis and resolution of application support incidents and problems in a range of client critical software applications
• Deployment of application enhancements
• Test Adjuno software components to ensure enhancements and patches delivered to customers are in full working order
• Provide configuration assistance to customers and partners building Adjuno-based solutions
• Systems management and monitoring of back-office server tasks to ensure incoming and outgoing data is processed reliably on schedule meaning customers are always working with real-time information
• Assist in developing support processes and ensure up-to-date documentation is available for cross team knowledge sharing and development
  
  
  

Requirements:

Skills

• Demonstrate good analysis, technical & problem solving skills
• Communicate ideas and solutions clearly and concisely in both verbal and written dialogue
• Relay complex information simply with the ability to tailor style for technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrable ability to learn new technology and processes efficiently and apply to the working environment 
• Fluency in spoken and written Cantonese and English, Mandarin is a plus

Knowledge

• Demonstrable understanding of database applications and applied SQL knowledge
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts and best practices beneficial
• Has theoretical understanding of retail / insurance industry
• Has knowledge of supporting complex SAAS applications in a global environment
