Job Description

• Responsible for system design, development and implementation
• Assist System Analyst to prepare technical specification
• Provide support and maintenance on the applications.
• Take ownership of production issues / requests and provide incident management and service request fulfillment
• Coordinate off-shore development team for development and support tasks
• Participate in system integration testing, user testing support, and performance testing 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
• Self-motivated, dynamic and able to face different challenges
• Proficient communication and written skills in both English and Chinese
• Solid experience in technical design and analysis and translating business requirements and application services delivery 
• Minimum 3-5 years of software development experience
• Strong technical knowledge of the following areas are essential:  Java J2EE, Webservices, MVC model, JASPER Reporting, MVC, Spring Framework, Hibernate, MSSQL
• Exposure to the Third Party Claims processing business domain, healthcare industry and medical insurance industry is an advantage
• ITIL V3 Foundation Certification is an advantage
• Candidate with proven solid experience will be considered as Senior Analyst Programmer / System Analyst
• Immediately available is highly preferred and will be considered first
