Responsibilities:

• Sort and direct incoming and outgoing email
• Process documents from China Trade Marks Office and Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department
• Docket official deadlines in the Patricia database system
• Maintain the Patricia database system, including updating workflows and updating data
• Generate customized reports from the Patricia database system
• General maintenance of, and administrative support on the use of printers, scanners and other office machines
• Handle email journaling, systems set up and systems backup according to company policy
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:  

• Higher diploma, associate degree or above in relevant disciplines
• Proficient in PC hardware and software usage and maintenance, especially in relation to the Patricia database system
• Experience in IT support will be an advantage
• Strong hands-on advanced MS Word and Excel skills
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Pays attention to detail, able to multi-task efficiently, and also to work under pressure
