Job Responsibilities:

•    Daily operation maintenance includes: pre-opening health check, monitor system, day-end operation, data backup and log management
•    Ensure the smooth running and healthiness of all production systems, implement tools for network configuration & performance monitoring
•    Assist with scheduled and emergency maintenance and deployment events with knowledge / experience.
•    Provide daily IT technical support in network services and security including system administration, configuration and operational management
•    Monitor & analysis WAN traffic, troubleshooting with ISP or other related parties

Job Requirements:

•    Diploma or above in Computer Studies or equivalent
•    At least 3 years of system technical support experience in managing network equipment
•    Familiar in LAN/WAN, LAN Cabling, switches, routers, VPN, Firewall products;
•    Strong knowledge of DHCP, DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, wireless networks and anti-virus system;
•    Good knowledge of network security technology including IPSEC, PPTP, SSL NAT and Firewall
•    Holder of MCP/MCSE/CCNA would be an advantage
•    Providing off-hours operational support when necessary
•    Independent, good problem solving skills and good team player;
•    Good command in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

Our group is a long established trading firm, HQ's in HK and various POS in southern PRC. We have a workforce of 300 and has been growing satisfactorily.
