Main Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Provide general user support
• Maintain desktop PC hardware and software
• Set up workstation and network equipment, scheduling and monitoring computer equipment installation / relocation
• Perform regular back up of various systems
• Involve in hardware and system procurement if necessary
• Perform computer system deployment according to prescribed procedures and ensure their successful completion

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years hands on experience in I.T. support
• Good interpersonal communication
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
• Familiar with MS Windows XP, 2000 server, 2003 server & 2008 server
• Able to provide coaching to the users
