Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in system design, development and vendor management experience
• Experience of using latest technologies in application development, like cloud services, HTML5, node.js, NoSQL
• Experience in an Agile development environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and vendor management skills
• Knowledge in support Oracle EBS and SAP HRMS is preferred
• Knowledge in DevOps best practices is desirable
• Pro-active, well-organized, good team player and willing to learn
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  

Responsibilities:

• Understand business needs and work closely with different teams and stakeholders to deliver high quality business solutions
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members
• Ensure a stable and secure application system without exposing the business to any operational risks or compliance regulatory issues
• Manage external technology partners and supporting units to deliver projects against the highest standard
• Keep abreast of the latest technology trends in system development and recommend system upgrade or transformations to achieve outcomes and add values for the business
• Coach and develop direct reports to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles
• Perform duties and other special projects as assigned
