Job Description:

• Onsite deliver networking services to our corporate customers.
• Include provisioning, troubleshooting and maintenance support services for networking, VoIP and system integration services.
• On job trainings will be provided.
• Non-Office hours emergency call support is required.

 Job requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Telecommunication and Networking or related discipline
• Experience in Cisco Router/Switch, Firewall, VPN 
• Certificate holder of Cisco CCNA or higher is preferred
• Related working experience in ISP, SI vendor or network support is definite a value added
• Knowledge in OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, LINUX, DNS, Email, VoIP, IP-PBX, video conference
• Fluent in Cantonese, conversable in English and Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure, willing to work overtime
