Job Responsibilities :

• Handle the project implementation, configuration of system products and cooperation with team member  in project management and practices
• Identify and resolve problem on customers' problems and ensure an end-to-end service is maintained in an efficiency and effective way.
• Perform periodical recovery drill test and recovery procedures to ensure the effectiveness of the disaster discovery plan.
• Perform daily monitoring, helpdesk support and trouble shooting of the systems and networks problem.

 Job Requirements :

• Knowledge of Email Server, DNS, Web Server, FTP Server, Linux, Windows 2003/2008, Exchange Server, TCP/IP
• Knowledge of Voice, VoIP, IP Telephony and dealer board is preferred, but not a must
• Experienced in handling client support calls and provide on-site troubleshooting services
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediately available is preferred
