Responsibilities: 

• Conduct meetings with client to collect business requirements and provide suggestion to CRM and loyalty systems requests.
• Analyse document of Business Requirements Definition provided by client, and prepare Functional Specification Document.
• On-going review and make recommendations for future enhancements to ensure client’s needs and business interests are addressed.
• Prepare QA plan and test cases, conduct QA testing and supporting clients on every steps of the User Acceptance Testing stage.
• Monitor and manage system development process among internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of a cohesive quality product.
• Handle client enquiry to their system and related process.
• On-going monitor and support of client systems’ running.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Information Systems or related discipline.
• 3-5 years relevant working experience as Business Analyst or solid experience in coordinating/managing web-based application development, quality testing and UAT on B2B and B2C software application development.
• Experience of user requirement gathering, analysis and FSD documentation.
• Experience of preparing test plan, test cases and conducting functional/non-functional testing.
• Experience in CRM project in hospitality, retail or airline industry is preferred.
• Solid knowledge/experience on web base system.
• Experience in agency working environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio and practice of proper documentation.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and language skills in both English and Cantonese
