Responsibilities:

• Provide first line technical support service for end-users, including computer software application, email and printing support
• Perform daily computer equipment health check
• Carry out Installation, configuration and administration of client side computer
• Roll out of new computer virus definition to client PC
• Perform basic server configuration
• Contact vendor for computer maintenance
• Assist Senior Technical Officer on daily system maintenance and operation tasks
• Provide non-office hour computer system support

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Computing Information System or equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 1 year on computer system technical field or relevant working experience is required.
• Working experience in MS Windows system, Linux system, MS office application.
• Skill in MS Windows/Linux/IIS/Apache/MSSQL/MYSQL is an advantage.
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Strong problem solving, analytical and presentation skills.
• Able to work under pressure, self-motivate, good interpersonal and communication skills
