Job Description
Job Duties:
- Provide 1st level helpdesk support to client
- Responsible to provide technical support via phone, email
- Ensure accurate technical advice and knowledge for internal user
- Prepare regular reports and perform routine administrative works
Requirement:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, or related disciplines
- At least 1 years of experience on IT helpdesk / desk side support is preferred.
- Solid understand of Windows OS, hardware, network support such as router, switch, firewall and other office equipment
- Willing to learn, team player with good communication skills
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese)
- Willing to work on flexible hours
- Fresh certificate graduate and entry level candidates are welcome
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Helpdesk Supervisor
