Job Descriptions

• Responsible for day-to-day IT support on desktop, laptops, printer, mobile devices, desk phone and video conferencing to all offices in Asia
• Troubleshooting technical issues and escalate accordingly to corresponding teams when necessary.
• Perform inventory and asset registry maintenance on regular basis, procurement of IT Hardware
• Participate in regional system deployments, identifying and reporting issues to project teams

Requirement

• Diploma holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 2 years relevant experience in IT support
• Knowledge of MS Windows PC, Servers, MS Office, Lotus Notes, LAN, WLAN are preferred
• Strong Desktop, Laptop, Printer support knowledge
• Experienced in corporate network, LANs and WANs are advantages
• Customer-oriented with good troubleshooting, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good Command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
