Responsibilities:

• Facilitate to troubleshoot problems and provide recovery services.
• Set up and configure servers with required software and network access.
• Responsible for any physical work relating to the computers such as repairing software or hardware issues and moving workstations to another location.
• Carry out daily IT operation tasks including IT facilities health check, server setup, administration & monitoring, network setup & monitoring, data backup, data centre management and so on.
• Perform IT Helpdesk function and offer a wider range of user centric services with good record on services being provided.
• Perform IT Assets Management and carry out annual stock take.
• Work on documentation creation and updating as assigned by supervisor.
• Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related equivalent;
• At least 3 years IT user support experience in Help Desk, computer operation or system maintenance.
• Familiar use in MS Office 2007/2010, MS outlook, MS Access, Lotus Notes
• Good knowledge in MS Windows XP/7, and MS Windows 2003/2008 Server.
• IT related certificate MCSE, CCNA, PMP with knowledge of Cisco Unified Communication is an advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
• Able to meet tight schedule and work under pressure;
