Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of android developers for mobile SDKs and application development
• Work productively and proactively as part of a great development team
• Mastering code reviews, best practices, CI and others tools of modern mobile development
• Brainstorm and contribute to the software architecture, help to shape the development process
• Liaise with the business users, collaborate with in-house design,  developer colleagues, project managers and senior management for requirements, standards and procedures
• Manage entire software development life cycle from planning,  to design, execution and testing
• Mentor, inspire and provide guidance to other members within the development team

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience of Android application development and Java, using Android Studio, with team supervisory experience is a plus
• In-depth familiarity with Activities, Fragments and Services and their lifecycles. Knowledge of Custom View development. Experience with ContentProviders and SQLite
• Comfortable working with a large codebases, and continuously improving it, including fixing bugs.
• Experience from multi-thread programming in Java using the Java concurrency libraries
• Comfortable working with Git as part of a team
• Experience of low-level audio/video hardware control is a plus
• Experience with VOIP and IM on Android is a plus
• Experience in network communication is a plus
• Self-motivated, independent and quality oriented
• Fluency in English is a MUST
