Job Duties:

• Handle all suppliers issues, purchase orders and after sales issues
• Organize product information form supplier
• Follow up payment to supplier
• Communicate with customer service team and handle all internal procedure of customer service cases
• Handle all SMB orders
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistic team
• Generate report

Requirements:

• Non-Degree Tertiary or above in business or related disciplines
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing or operation field
• Strong market sense and interested in electronics products
• Detail-minded and to be responsible
• Strong customer-focused mindset with ability to understand customer’s needs in e-commerce industry;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin;
• Immediate available preferred.
