Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years or above experience in software quality assurance, application testing, and/or business analysis.
• Hands-on software testing experience in requirement/functional specification review, test plan/test case preparation, QA test/UAT execution, system defect reporting.
• Familiar with manual and automation tests, performance test execution/tools as well as automated test scripts preparation.
• Knowledge in software testing process and methodology, and System Development Life Cycle.
• Able to lead QA specialist.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Detail oriented and quality focused.
• Self-motivated, responsible and a good team player.
• Hospitality or gaming working experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Review user requirement document, functional specification and other system development life cycle (SDLC) documentations.
• Lead and identify test scope from business requirement/functional specification/test requirement.
• Plan and design test strategy and prepare test plan document.
• Develop, document and maintain test cases and other test artifacts like test data and automated test scripts to ensure adequate and appropriate test coverage.
• Lead and conduct tests such as functional, performance and regression tests, etc. and provide test reports.
• Verify defect fixes and analyze issues to improve overall testing strategy.
• Identify any potential system quality issues and escalate to team manager.
