Responsibilities:

• Collect & analyze user requirements, perform system, database and architectural design according to the project requirements;
• Develop and document Web based application and services;
• Asist in leading developers to complete assigned tasks.
• Assist in managing outsource projects and vendors.
• Coordinate with, and provide various technical and programming supports to various department and external parties during the implementation and operation of various services.
• Assist management on exploring new technologies especially on education sector.
• Take up ad-hoc duties as required.

 
Requirements:

• University Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent;
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in software system development, preferably 3 years in system analysis and design;
• Strong knowledge and experience in Linux, Apache, PHP, MySQL, MongoDB, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, HTML5, XML and CSS is a plus;
• Experience of node.js, Cloud service, GIT, SVN would be an advantage;
• Self-motivated and able to work independently;
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Great team player and positive can-do attitude;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Software Engineer.
