Responsibilities:

• To work with a team of professionals to provide SAP consulting and support to our customers in the region
• Provide first and second level support to users
• Project implementation in the region and participate in global roll out projects
• Interact closely with users to gather requirements including system configuration, prepare functional specification and test configuration from concept to production rollout
• Work with user representatives and other project team members in supporting relevant SAP Modules
• Liaise with global team on SAP improvement and global functions roll-out
• Engage in ad-hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate with major in Information Technology or other related discipline
• Minimum 3-4 years hands on SAP experience, both as a user and IMG settings
• Proven track record in SAP SD/MM/PP module, MRP, knowledge of APO will be an advantage
• Previous experience in the supply chain and logistics will be an added advantage
• Independent, good time management with ability to meet tight deadline
• A team player with strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
