Responsibilities

• To develop and manage e-commerce websites, web applications & websites
• To analyze, design, code, debug, test, document & deploy applications
• To participate in project & deployment planning
• To keep abreast of latest knowledge of E-Commerce and related technology
• To perform ad hoc duties or projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years work experience
• Extensive experience of PHP and MySQL
• Exposure on Magento, CMS, Code Ignitor, as well as Javascript frameworks such as jQuery
• Demonstrable knowledge of XML , XHTML, CSS, Modules i.e. API integration, Payment Gateways, XML with a focus on standards
• Demonstrable source control experience
• Two or more published website in E commerce
• Knowledge of web application security is an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Must be a self-starter & be able to work with minimum supervision
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation and troubleshooting skills
• Self-initiative, always carry “Can Do” attitude and result-oriented
• Open-minded, positive and passionate
• Responsible, stable and willing to try new things
• Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Singapore based startup Baia Baia Ltd Pte will expand to Hong Kong in the Summer 2017.
