• Work with sales team to provide technical advices for RFP and project tendering, and to carry out the POC testing and product demonstrations
• Provide Pre / post sales technical service to customers.
• Supervise on site activities of equipment installation and equipment commissioning
• Work with customers to perform the activities of equipment acceptance testing, service cutover, software upgrade and system modification
• Provide technical and products training to internal sales team & customers
• Assist sales team to prepare RFP / RFI for system solutions

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ working experience
• Familiar with AV system
• With technical support and POC experience
• CTS holder is preferred

Salary will be adjusted in accordance with qualification and performance.
