Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end user on both hardware, software, and computer systems
• Perform IT helpdesk support including vast call handling, follow-up action, coordination and escalation
• Plan, design and implement new system and infrastructure related projects
• Manage the daily system operations, IT security, servers and networking equipment
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in securities or financial industry
• CCNP / CCNA / MCSE certification preferred
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Server, Workstation OS, website content update, securities trading system, settlement back office system
• Strong analytical sense, self-motivated, good problem solving and able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
