Responsibilities:

• Conduct projects focused on the area of IT Service Management by utilizing ITIL best practice processes and IT Discovery and Monitoring solutions, Mobility solutions and Asset Management  
• Support the Project Administration in various phases like Design & Implementation, Testing and Commissioning, Defects Rectification and Post Implementation Stabilization phases to ensure smooth project execution within deadline
• Formulate and prepare Test Plan, Administration & User Guide, UAT Plan, etc…to guarantee successful system deployment
• Coordinate the project outstanding actions and follow up on the clients’ requirements to make sure the project is proceeding on track
• Oversee the project progress and provide Meeting Minutes, Progress Reports, Risk Register Update, etc. to ensure good quality deliverables are provided punctually and the client’s expectations are well managed

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 1-2 years IT working experience (fresh graduates will also be considered)
• With working experience in installation, testing and documentation would be an advantage
• Fast learner, self-disciplined and responsible
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
