Senior System Engineer   

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for system planning, design and coordination with various project stakeholders;
• Participate in installation, commissioning, configuration, testing and maintain system infrastructure components;
• Conduct training to end users and provide emergency support works;
• Provide solutions for troubleshooting on malfunction;
• Prepare technical documentation of related projects; and 
• Handle ad-hoc job tasks as assigned.

  Requirements:  

• Degree in  Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Mechanical or related disciplines;
• 5 years of relevant experience in system planning, design and project implementation;
• Able to work independently on troubleshooting;
• Detail-minded, with good communication and documentation skills,
• Willing to work for various working hours when needed.
  
• Candidates with less experience can be considered as Systems Engineer.

 Front-end Developer

Location : Sheung Wan

Job Requirement/Description

• Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
• Develop new page / component based on standardized frontend development framework
• Alignment of website layout (color , typology) with the new brand guidelines (under team leads guidance).
• Implement standardized frontend css,js frameworks like react , angular and nodeJS in existing website
• Bug fix in existing website
• On site support, 5 days a week
  

• Develop, oversee and manage requirements and functional enhancement specifications
• Engage directly with the line of businesses in order to capture application demand, provide guidance on the strategic initiatives and assist with prioritization
• Ability to distill analysis into concise recommendations and present to management audiences
• Manage local and overseas vendors
• Participate in new project planning, prepare business cases and involve in project management life cycle
•  Act as Level 2 application support subject matter expert as wellas facilitate business change requests for configuration changes
• Prepare and update system documentation, operation guides and training materials and provide training to business partners
• Implement and support Company and Corporate system controls and ensure systems meet compliance standard and policies
• Monitoring system and fine tune performance to meet service level

 Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent
• 3 - 8 years of relevant experience
• Able to work independently with excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• POS experience in retail or ticketing industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to work with different LOBs
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• At least equipped at least one of the followings : IBM Business object, retail system – Ticketing, salesforce

Computer Operator     

Responsibilities:  

• To setup and control running of batch jobs and to perform daily operations works according to the pre-defined jobs processing schedule, Administration procedures, Data Centre procedures, Application procedures, etc. 
• Monitor systems performance and computer resources usage  
• Monitor the physical security control of the two data centres  
• Resolve end-users problems. 
• Handle computer equipment breakdowns
• To carry out the backup according to the job schedule
• To operate Data Communication procedures with outsider
• Carry out system migration for UAT (User Acceptance Test) and Production Environment.  Possession and Access Control of UAT and Production Environment.  

 Requirements :  

• At least 5 passes with School Certificate (including English and Maths), preferably with Diploma in Computing Studies or equivalent  
• 3+ years working experience in computer operations including UNIX, Linux and Windows-based equipment.  Experience in operating HP Open View OVSC, Symantec NetBackup and BMC Control/ M software. 
• Familiar with UNIX. Linux and Windows computer equipment operations - IT Security Awareness training  

 IT Support Technician    

Responsibilities:  

• Provide on-site I.T. technical support including desktop/servers  configuration and I.T. related hardware installation, troubleshooting and maintenance;
• Handle supporting calls from customers; and 
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignment.

  Requirements:  

• Holder of diploma  in computing, Electrical and or equivalent;
• 1 year relevant working experience in customer support will be an advantage but not essential;
• Patient, responsible, hard working and able to work under pressure; and
• Immediate available is preferred

Helpdesk 

Duties: 

• Answer phone calls and escalate the customer requests to upper tier by prompt action; 
• Assist in daily routine operation and update customer information as well as service records; 
• Handle ad-hoc assignments from supervisor.

Requirements :  

• Post-secondary and or above,
• Relevant experience gained from customer services centre or call centre is an advantage;
• Cheerful, pleasant, polite, patient and able to work independently;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin is preferred;
• Shift duty is required.
• Immediate available is preferred

Working hours:

Morning Shift:  8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m

Day shift:          2:30p.m. - 11:30p.m

Night shift:       11:15p.m - 8:15a.m.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Junior position.
