Responsibilities

• Specialize in HRMS and related solutions
• Perform business study and analysis, consultation, implementation, training, customization, report    writing, documentation, customer support and other related services for our HRMS
• Assist sales and marketing teams in pre-sale activities including solution presentation and demonstration and other related pre-sale support services

General Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or other related disciplines.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem solving skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese is mandatory and Putonghua is optional)
• Independent, initiative, mature, self-motivated, and result-oriented

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in business application consultation of which at least 2 years of solid experience in implementation and support of  HRMS or related solutions
• Good knowledge of human resources management and local employment regulations
• Applicant who has less experience in application consultations but has senior working experience in human resources management, payroll or personnel fields is also welcome
