We are looking for a high caliber professional to join Information Technology Group of CLP Power Hong Kong Limited.

Reporting to the Manager, Centre of Excellence – Customer team, Information Technology Group of CLP Power Hong Kong Limited, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

• Research emerging technology to enhance organization’s efficiency and effectiveness
• Business case development, feasibility study and resources planning for IT initiatives
• Lead and Manage project implementations, continuous enhancements and support for Utility Retail and Customer Facing IT Applications, Web Applications and Mobile Solution that include, but not limited to

         -Customer Relationship Management

         -Customer Service Provision

         -Meter Reading Collection

         -Billing and Revenue Collection

         -Marketing, Sales and Distribution

• Drive and lead user requirement studies, system analysis and design, negotiation with and management of vendors and contractors in the process of system development, maintenance and support to meet the business requirement
• Coordinate with other units of the Company in delivering application systems meeting users’ needs
• Identify and address risks, including adequacy of test plans and outcomes, with residual risk being understood and accepted by management
• Produce required documentation in various project stages
• Supervise a team of internal and external resources to provide systems support to suites of customer facing applications

Requirements:

• A recognized university degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems or equivalent
• At least 5 years' IT experience in developing and implementing large-scale systems
• Project experience in the implementation of CRM or SAP system would be an advantage
• Excellent vendor management and stakeholder management skill
• Good presentation / documentation / report writing skill
• Excellent in spoken and written English
• Innovative with good supervisory, interpersonal and project management skills
• Willing and flexible to travel moderately and to accept assignments throughout the Asia-Pacific region
