Duty:

• Arrange and follow-up customer information

• Resolve customers’ enquires and complaints

• Coordinate with engineers and customers

• General clerical work

• Communicate with foreign clients

• Prepare daily/ monthly report

• Assist in ad-hoc assignments

• Flexible working hour within 1000-1800 OR 1800-2200

• Salary: $55/hr

Requirement:  

• Good telephone manner, responsible (must)

• Independent, detail minded and good team player

• Good command of spoken and written Chinese / English / Mandarin

• Familiar with MS Office: Excel& word & internet skill

• IT knowledge
