Job Responsibilities

• Provide daily operations support & maintenance including website, servers and information system.

• Configure and maintain the IT-infrastructure of the company

• Hardware and software installation for computer facilities

• Communicate with vendors for service requests, changes and problems

• Assist to develop new IT project for internal control

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Computer / I.T Studies

• At least 1-2 year relevant working experience on IT support

• 1 year experience of mcafee endpoint and ePo

• 1 year experience of microsoft azure -loadbalancer,  HA etc.

• Good knowledge in maintenance for website and servers

• Solid technical skills of Microsoft Windows Server

• Solid knowledge of information security principles and practices

• Experience on network setup and troubleshooting including switching, routing, VPN and LAN/WAN technology is plus

• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and CSS is an advantage

• Knowledge of PRTG and Linux is an advantage

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin will be an asset

• Self-motivated, work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills

• Outdoor and non-office hour work maybe required
